At least 1 week before the event, the core team organises the pre-event calls to share details about the program and clarify what other questions participants may have. Notes from these calls can be collaboratively taken in HackMD using the template provided in this document. The access permission can be set so that the notes can be read by everyone and edited by any signed-in users.*
# Pre-Event Call for the Book Dash Participants
This call is scheduled for the invited participants of the next Turing Way book dash event taking place on <Date Month Year> at <Location>.
Please note that everyone who participates in the Turing Way project is expected to abide by our [Code of Conduct](https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/the-turing-way/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md) - please familiarise yourself with its contents but we will also emphasise the main points again on the book dash day.
